A really neat look at the lives of the Setomaa folk from the early 1900's. Some really great framing/shots as well.

I would've gotten just as much out of this if it were half as long. In fact, it may have been more impactful.

Fun Sam Rami-esque action. Good soundtrack.
Plot is meandering. Diminishing returns with each sequel.

Really fun and engaging. Paced really well with little breather moments between action sequences. Snappy editing. Soundtrack sounds like a Dario Argento film.

Kind of a long feeling 92 minutes, but the atmosphere of the streets, getting to really know and love the local establishments, and the kooky townsfolk banding together to try and discover Jack almost nearly make up for it.

Baby Freddy is cute. Freddy’s one liners are just dad jokes. The most Beetlejuice-esque one yet with the class commentary.
Mark got sucked into the Take On Me video. The scariest part is the Jurassic Park kid Whit Flint.
