It's been a while since I've watched this, and while I'm sure it was always there, I was struck this time by the idea of how art flourishes in dysfunction and how sometimes the families we choose to be a part of are the dysfunction we need for that art to flourish.
I don't know, I've been under the weather all weekend and this was my take away this time while on meds and unable to fall asleep last night.
