The Criminal Code 1931
1h 37m Crime Rated 3.5 out of 5
Good performance from Walter Huston as the prosecutor who becomes a prison governor/warden.
EDIT: forgot to mention... Boris Karloff shines in a supporting role right on the cusp of becoming a star!
